Calm.

Does it elude you? Does it evoke strains of the demand to “Calm down!?”
I specialize in calm. Try it on for sweet size in a private yoga session, or in one of my group classes which include meditation at Yoga Community in Sonoma:

Wednesdays 5:30-7:00 p.m., Hatha Yoga + Yoga Nidra, Level 2

Sundays 9:45-10:45 a.m., Beginning Yoga

Sundays 11:15 a.m.-12:45 p.m., Gentle Yoga + Yoga Nidra
